VaporPhase Functional Materials

VaporPhase technology, by itself, is very effective in rendering materials hydrophobic, oleophobic, and hydrophilic. Combining VaporPhase layers with other polymers, metals and metal oxides to create multi-layer structures - this is where the technology truly shines in creating products that are truly unique.


Hydrophobic / Oleophobic
Deposition of C6 (or smaller) fluoro-monomers and/or hydrophobic hydrocarbons for excellent repellency without impacting hand, breathability, or other substrate properties.

Hydrophilic / Tuned Surface Chemistry
